As part of the senior management team, you will guide cash flow, revenue cycle, cost management, and strategic planning, ensuring financial integrity and sustainable growth in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years financial leadership in acute-care or hospital setting.
• CFO level or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, budgeting, audits, tax and financial planning.
• Develop policies, short- and long-range goals with system management.
• Provide financial leadership to managers and officers to drive ownership of goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and financial reporting accuracy.
• Contribute to planning of new services for revenue growth.
• Manage costs with CEO and CNO to identify value opportunities.
