This in-office role shapes financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, and capital planning across multiple locations; you will translate numbers into actionable decisions and partner closely with ownership and operations.

Qualificações

• Significant senior-level finance experience as a VP of Finance, CFO, Head of Finance, or similar role.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, cash-flow management, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience developing KPIs and management reporting that drive business decisions.
• Strong understanding of operational performance and its connection to financial results.
• Experience evaluating capital investments, growth opportunities, pricing, and profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting for visibility into performance.
• Analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage and forecast cash flow, liquidity, and capital requirements.
• Evaluate profitability, pricing strategies, and operating performance.
• Analyze new locations, investments, and growth initiatives.
• Partner with ownership and operational leadership on strategic planning.
• Help develop scalable financial and operational processes as the company grows.
• Maintain relationships with banking and financial partners.
• Coordinate with outside accounting, tax, and advisory firms on reporting matters.
