Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required.
• Ten or more years of experience in cash management, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Previous experience in a senior executive role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership for the Association’s financial objectives.
• Prepares and interprets financial reports for key stakeholders.
• Leads financial planning, loan pricing, and cash management.

Skills

General knowledge of accounting/financial systems

Knowledge of Farm Credit Act and FCA regulations

Skill in oral and written communication

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

Ability to perform advanced financial analyses

Strong leadership skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

Master’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting preferred
