Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience as CFO, Deputy CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent executive finance head.

Responsibilities

• Head all capital formation, investor relations, and fundraising activities.
• Oversee strategic finance, corporate development, and evaluation of partnerships and M&A opportunities.
• Build and oversee global finance operations, governance, controls, and risk management.
• Partner with CEO, Board, and executive team on corporate strategy and expansion.
• Drive IPO readiness and engagement with banks, auditors, and capital markets stakeholders.
