Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 10+ years of progressive financial experience, healthcare preferred.
• Master's degree preferred with 8+ years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Maximize hospital financial performance by analyzing profitability of operations and contracts; drive cost reductions.
• Oversee hospital financial reporting and prepare reports on financial position and operating results.
• Lead timely filings of federal, state, and third-party financial reports.
• Develop management capabilities by coaching staff and building a high-performance culture.
