Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supply Chain Central Planning Analyst to support network-wide planning by creating and maintaining planning tools and dashboards. You will partner with Analytics & Data Science to design, publish reports for senior leaders, and work with DC planning managers to answer questions and drive operational strategy.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network platform to streamline short-term workforce and inbound/outbound planning.
• Collaborate with business partners and DC leadership to understand needs and translate central plans for execution.
• Assist in development and implementation of dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to monitor warehouse and supply chain performance.
• Participate in IBP reconciliation by analyzing cost/benefit tradeoffs for key decisions.
• Support rollout and standup of new buildings, including hands-on training at new sites.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
