Job summary

Titan America is seeking a Cement Plant Outage Planner to lead the planning, preparation, scheduling, and coordination of major maintenance outages at Keystone Cement in Pennsylvania. You will work with maintenance, operations, engineering, procurement, and contractors to develop comprehensive outage plans and execution strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent heavy-industrial maintenance experience.
• 5+ years in maintenance or outage planning in heavy industrial settings.
• Strong scheduling, cost and resource planning abilities.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and preparation of major plant outages, shutdowns, and maintenance activities.
• Develop outage scopes, schedules, manpower plans, materials, equipment, and budgets.
• Maintain integrated outage schedules and identify critical-path activities.
• Coordinate with procurement to secure materials and services in advance.
• Develop detailed job plans including labor, tools, permits, and safety requirements.
• Facilitate outage planning meetings and track readiness milestones.
• Escalate risks impacting safety, cost, or schedule.
• Support safe outage execution with permits, lockout/tagout, and contractor expectations.
• Track execution against schedule and provide daily progress updates.
• Lead post-outage reviews and share lessons learned.
