Job summary

Ben E. Keith in Dallas seeks a Category Management Specialist to develop shelf schematics, manage space for assigned accounts, and assist with account resets across the beverage division.

You will track space changes, analyze sales-to-space ratios, and ensure accurate planograms using Space Planning Plus and Planogram tools. The ideal candidate brings five years of sales or account management experience, strong computer skills, and a solid understanding of the beverage landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Five years sales and/or account management experience or market knowledge preferred.
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience using Space Planning Plus and planograms preferred.
• Ability to read English and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop schematics for account sets and resets in assigned territory.
• Track space, gains/losses, and sales-to-space ratios.
• Build schematics using Space Planning Plus software.
• Organize box sets by beer category and price flow.
• Ensure proper product mix for each account.
• Maintain electronic archives of schematics.
• Update space and facings data for incentive programs.
• Manage shelf pricing, order tags, and labels.
• Identify growth opportunities in product facings and share.
• Keep all account schematics current for BEK and suppliers.
• Maximize space-to-sales ratio for each box set.
• Create and maintain a master product folder each month.
• Demonstrate professional image and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
