The role requires 5+ years of sourcing experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams across the business. Local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sourcing/purchasing in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to influence product design standards and quality systems.
• Experience with pricing, contracts, and supplier relationship management.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and related process improvement knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business needs.
• Negotiate, implement and monitor supplier contracts and compliance.
• Partner with legal to develop effective supply agreements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage risk.
• Manage pricing, discounts and supplier relationships.
• Monitor market conditions and maintain supply continuity.
