Greene Tweed seeks a seasoned procurement professional to lead category management and supplier relationships in a complex, multinational setting. You will develop market strategies, analyze pricing, and drive cost management across key spend areas.

Role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills to align suppliers with internal demand and business goals. On-site work in a global engineering environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years demonstrated progressive supply chain experience in category management.
• Ability to influence others across business units.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience conducting business and negotiating.
• Ability to analyze complex pricing proposals and formulate strategic plans.
• Experience leading or participating on matrix teams across reporting lines.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience as a leader/manager of a team.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains profiles of supply market and key suppliers.
• Establishes and communicates the vision and strategic direction for assigned categories.
• Develops and executes market sector strategies aligning the market to Greene Tweed’s internal demand.
• Utilizes strategic sourcing within area of responsibility.
• Provides ongoing contract cost management and risk management.
• Develops and implements supplier performance management strategies and measurement criteria.
• Advise in development and direction of category sourcing plans and cross‑business teams.
• Develop, execute and manage supplier contracts and agreements.
• Execute the defined strategic sourcing process and drive utilization of tools and techniques.
• Manages supplier relationships and procurement strategies for complex spend categories.
