Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical direct material sourcing (APIs, Excipients, Packaging).
• 4-6 years leading cross-functional teams in development of sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned to manufacturing needs.
• Design resilient supply networks considering capacity, cost, regulatory, and geographic risk.
• Lead business continuity planning including dual sourcing and disruption response.
• Collaborate with Legal to develop contracts and agreements for supply of standard products and services.
• Oversee contract negotiations and manage supplier relationships.
• Aim for annual site savings and analyze forecasted spend data.
