Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field; experience in sourcing/contracting may substitute for degree
• Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Certification in paralegal studies preferred
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing and contracting (negotiating terms and conditions)
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong integrity and discretion

Responsibilities

• Perform contracting functions for VCU Health System and affiliated entities
• Manage processes surrounding contracts and documents submitted for review
• Assess documents for compliance with contracting guidelines and route to appropriate approvers
• Prepare, redline, process and maintain contracts per institutional and regulatory requirements
• Support risk mitigation through due diligence before advancing documents for signature
