Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead strategic capture opportunities and drive account campaigns for the federal market. You will own the end-to-end capture lifecycle, coordinating with multiple business units to craft competitive, compliant proposals.

Ideal candidates will have a proven DoD/Intelligence Community track record, strong customer relations, and the ability to develop price-to-win strategies, teaming plans, and winning proposals. This role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 10 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 8 years relevant progressive experience with Master’s degree in related field
• or high school diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant progressive experience in related field
• Proven track record in capturing/winning programs across the DoD and Intelligence Community
• Current TS/SCI Clearance
• Demonstrated expert knowledge of U.S. federal Government services/solutions contracting/buying practices
• Direct familiarity with acquisition pathways and vehicles (GSA, OASIS, ASTRO, IAC MAC, etc.)
• Knowledge of FEDSIM (AAS) organization and procurement history
• Excellent oral and written communication skills at executive briefing level
• Demonstrated skills in business development including capture strategy, management and leadership

Responsibilities

• Assess candidate opportunities and develop compelling capture strategies.
• Leverage capabilities across Nightwing’s Business Units to identify innovative approaches.
• Lead and manage stakeholder relationships to produce a competitive, compliant offer.
• Create and maintain capture artifacts to track actions, gaps, and accomplishments.
• Formulate teaming strategy and selection using analytical assessments of strengths vs. competition.
• Present capture plans and gate reviews to the executive team and incorporate input.
• Select key personnel who meet RFP requirements and align to win strategy.
• Develop price-to-win strategies by analyzing pricing trends and awards.
• Oversee design of technical and management solutions aligned to win strategy.
• Participate in proposal planning and drafting content.
• Coordinate with contract transition lead to ensure smooth handover into operations.
• Perform additional duties to optimize capture processes.
