Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements and business goals. You will drive project plans, manage cross-functional teams, and coordinate activities through all phases from planning to validation.

The role involves establishing the project scope, managing safety and quality within budget, coordinating design reviews, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and Federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant equivalent experience in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or similar discipline.
• 7-10 years of Project management expertise.
• Project experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratories wanted.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Project Sponsor in the development of the business case, defining the project scope, benefits, and objectives.
• Responsible for day-to-day management and deliverable completion of engineering and construction aspects within budget and safety standards.
• Coordinate activities related to stakeholder management, benefits management, business change management and project communications.
• Define contract strategy, coordinate contractors and suppliers, and ensure execution aligns with contract and job specification.
• Chair summary project meetings and ensure necessary specialist meetings are held as required.
