Job summary

LCS is seeking a Manager, Capital Planning to lead day-to-day capital planning, reporting, and capital accounting coordination. The role bridges accounting accuracy with forward-looking analytics to provide timely insights for investment decisions.

You will oversee capital reporting, drive metrics, and manage capital projects in coordination with Plant/Operations and Debt Placement. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field and at least 6 years of experience in capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance-related field.
• 6+ years in capital accounting, FP&A, or asset-focused finance roles.
• Experience leading managers or complex teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital reporting and analytics and ensure accuracy.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with Regional Finance.
• Collaborate across functions to support capital investment decisions.
• Manage and develop a high-performing Capital Planning team.
