Job summary

Qnity Electronics, Inc. in Delaware seeks a Capital Procurement Buyer to steer capital equipment sourcing across North America. You will collaborate with CPL, category managers, and cross-functional teams to optimize procurement execution and TCO.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in procurement, strong negotiation, and experience with master agreements, supplier qualification, and SAP onboarding. Some travel within the U.S. and Canada is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years procurement experience, preferably in Capital Procurement or Industrial Sourcing.
• Experience with master agreements and supplier qualification.
• Familiarity with project management and Six Sigma is a plus.
• CPSM certification preferred.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, including TCO and lifecycle cost modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and procurement activities for capital equipment and services at North America sites.
• Support development and execution of master agreements aligned with category strategies.
• Adapt procurement processes to meet evolving project and business needs.
• Engage early with stakeholders to align procurement with project requirements and timelines.
• Serve as procurement representative on project teams to address vendor needs promptly.
• Process approved requisitions into purchase orders; confirm receipt and expedite orders.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Accounts Payable, and project teams for delivery, invoicing and closure.
• Identify and qualify suppliers, including SAP onboarding; monitor performance for improvement.
• Apply TCO and lifecycle cost analysis in supplier selection and negotiations.
