• Experience supporting operational decisions with financial analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of Excel and standard Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly capital budgeting processes.
• Guide capital project phases and gate processes.
• Implement capital budget systems for improved reporting and decisions.
• Perform capital reserve analysis with treasury collaboration.
• Support operating and capital budgets and long-range plans with insights.
• Explain funding sources and impacts to campus constituents.
