Job summary

Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI seeks an Advanced Capacity Sizing Specialist to identify and resolve capacity and supply concerns before new vehicle launches. You will be the SCM single point of contact for assigned programs, coordinating with Suppliers, Purchasing, Manufacturing and SCM leadership.

Responsibilities include capacity management for new programs, conducting what-if capacity studies, presenting updates to executives, and driving cross-functional action to uplift capacity on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of SCM, Purchasing, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Materials Logistics Management or related experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities

• Manage part capacities for new programs.
• Determine flex capacities and bulletin management.
• Conduct what-if investigations and capacity verification studies to assess supplier capacity, feasibility, cost and timing.
• Present updates to Leadership team and program managers.
• Act as the SCM single point of contact for assigned vehicle program(s).
• Coordinate updates to SCM senior management.
• Drive cross-functional accountability to support capacity uplifts on time.
• Identify and manage capacity risk for vehicle programs.
• Understand parts release processes and involved teams.
