Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Senior Campus Recruiting & University Relations Specialist to lead campus strategy and full-cycle recruiting across Utah and Idaho. You will partner with intern managers and executives to build long-term university relationships and manage the Banker Development Program and Summer Internship programs.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of professional recruiting, university relations, campus talent acquisition, or officer development program management experience.
• Experience managing high-volume campus hiring programs across multiple business lines.
• Outstanding interpersonal, consultative, and relationship-management skills with executives, faculty, and candidates.
• Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and closing skills in competitive offer scenarios.
• Proven ability to plan, logistics-manage, and execute large-scale on-campus visits, interview days, and summer internship activities.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills; comfortable addressing large audiences and executive committees.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and travel to partner universities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic University Relations: establish and maintain relationships with university career centers, chairs, faculty, and student organizations across regional institutions.
• Design and execute a robust annual recruiting calendar including career fairs, on-campus and virtual sessions, presentations, panels, and networking events.
• Select and train business leaders and campus alumni ambassadors to represent Zions Bancorporation at events.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internship cohorts and assist with Capital Markets recruiting and programmatic support.
• Design, coordinate, and oversee the Summer Intern Program experience with speaker series, seminars, and social events.
• Oversee mid-summer and end-of-program evaluations and manage the offer conversion pipeline for graduates.
