Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder seeks a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of campus construction and renovation projects. You will define project scope, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal partners to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

This role supports compliance with university policies and regulatory standards, guiding projects from development through closeout, including larger capital endeavors under senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of construction project management on institutional or commercial buildings.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimating for renovations or new construction.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with campus clients to review proposed improvements and define project scope.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management, occupants, and auxiliary services.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules and budgets.
• Lead design meetings and review project documents for campus feedback.
• Oversee bidding, contracting, and construction administration.
