Job summary

ISMG, a global cybersecurity and enterprise technology media firm, seeks a Client Success Manager to drive digital campaigns and strengthen client partnerships across a large portfolio. You will act as a strategic partner, guiding campaigns and delivering best-in-class service.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to ensure successful outcomes, translate data into insights, and drive growth, retention, and client satisfaction across diverse brands and programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a client-facing Customer Success, Account Management, Campaign Management, or related role.
• B2B media, ad tech, or digital marketing experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of concurrent digital marketing campaigns with timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout campaign lifecycle, fostering proactive relationships.
• Lead client touchpoints including kickoffs, insight calls, performance reviews, and planning.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and address risks or gaps.
• Partner with Account Executives and internal teams to support retention and growth.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Campaign Operations, Sales, Product, and Leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and scaling of Customer Success.
• Maintain accurate client notes and campaign tracking in Salesforce, Monday.com, and systems.
