Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
• Proficiency in Workfront or a similar PM tool
• Outstanding communication skills for interacting with internal/external collaborators
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Project managing end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring efficiency and alignment between marketing partners and functional team areas
• Working with Marketing Team members to understand and act on integrated campaign plans that improve conversion rates and business outcomes
• Collaborating and prioritizing work across functional teams including content, creative, web, media, and events to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
• Applying our designated project management system, Workfront, to further seamless cooperation and collaboration
• Reflecting on process improvements and developing new strategies to boost workflow efficiency and productivity
• Balancing a robust project portfolio while maintaining high-performance standards
