Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mechanical or electronic engineering with 5–8 years in the supply chain field in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Engineering or purchasing experience preferred.
• Experience in 4M management.
• Long-term planning and strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Local sourcing and supplier collaboration with R&D.
• RFQ, quote analysis and source selection.
• Purchasing price management and BOM cost control.
• Prototype, samples and tooling support.
• Cost reduction through value analysis and engineering.
• Supply chain monitoring: supplier performance, capacity and risk.
• Supplier pool management and development.
• Cost analyses and development cost preparation.
