KLA is seeking an Internal Buyer I in Phoenix, AZ to ensure material availability and strong inventory management. You will work cross-functionally with planning, operations, logistics and suppliers to maintain supply commitments and support seamless execution of the supply plan.

The role focuses on buying, planning transactions in ERP systems, and resolving material constraints while contributing to continuous process improvements across the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage material availability for assigned parts and product lines to support customer and business requirements.
• Monitor open orders, delivery schedules, inventory levels, and supply risks.
• Analyze demand and supply signals and take appropriate actions to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve material constraints and delivery issues.
• Support inventory optimization efforts by balancing customer service, inventory investment, and supply continuity.
• Execute purchasing and planning transactions within ERP and planning systems.
• Identify, elevate, and help resolve supply, quality, and delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate planning data and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in operational reviews and communicate material risks, recovery plans, and supply impacts to stakeholders.
