Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing, with strong MRP/ERP knowledge (Plex, Epicor, SAP). Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

• 3+ years procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Strong MRP/ERP systems knowledge (Plex, Epicor, SAP).

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Maintain records of procurement activities and inventory levels.
• Review demand signals and ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Source new suppliers and evaluate current supplier performance.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize value.
• Coordinate with departments to align procurement with objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• Procure raw materials and MRO supplies.
• Assess quotations for total cost of ownership.
• Understand demand forecasts and requirements with stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and product availability.
