Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled Purchasing/Procurement professional to manage supplier relationships and ensure on-time delivery of components. You will use SAP and MRP data to plan and optimize material flows, supporting production schedules and inter-company transfers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Corporate Purchasing, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to make decisions that affect daily plant operations. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• 5-10 years in Purchasing/Procurement (MP&L).
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Materials Management, Business or Accounting.
• Experience with MRP is essential.
• Experience with SAP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and materials requirements planning.
• Develop material strategies to meet customer requirements and company targets.
• Maintain inventory levels aligned with production schedules.
• Collaborate with Corporate Purchasing and maximize SAP support for customers and suppliers.
• Negotiate and place orders with approved suppliers, manage due dates and shipping details.
