Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–8 years direct purchasing experience, preferably in an OEM environment.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office including Excel.
• Prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead purchasing and negotiations for components, equipment, and supplies to achieve best value.
• Drive cost savings and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms.
• Enter accurate purchase orders into the ERP system with pricing and ship dates.
• Expedite materials, prioritize suppliers, and communicate delivery updates.
• Develop strong supplier partnerships and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery and PO accuracy; drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams during the project lifecycle.
