Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Buyer to join our Intelligence Systems Procurement team. You will support procurement activities for key programs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.

This role offers growth in a high-growth, mission-driven company, with exposure to cutting-edge defense technology and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
3+ years of supply chain experience.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management: Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs.
Supplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
Problem Solving: Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.
Order Tracking: Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company goals.
Data & Process Management: Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
