Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly motivated Buyer to join the Advanced Effects Procurement team. You will support procurement activities for key programs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on‑time delivery of materials and services for national security programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
3+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
Willingness to relocate onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management: Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs.
Supplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
Problem Solving: Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.
Order Tracking: Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company goals.
Data & Process Management: Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
