Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience in procurement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supply continuity to enable manufacturing with speed and quality. Follow-up on orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.
• Proactively drive and ensure timely delivery/shipment of parts from supplier to Applied factories including resolution of shipment/receiving and billing issues with supplier
• Partner with suppliers on demand/supply collaboration. Execute and manage pull-ins/push-outs with suppliers to meet MRP demand
• Drive inventory and E&Z reduction efforts
• Negotiate and execute purchase and RFQ to drive the lowest cost consistent with consideration of quality, reliability of source and urgency of need
• Drive problem resolution for supply issues with key stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, Program Managers) with support from Managers
