Keel is a premier manufacturing group focused on ships, defense, and aerospace components. You will lead purchasing of responsible commodities to support production and cross-functional teams, negotiating with suppliers and expediting materials as needed.

This role emphasizes supplier evaluation, strategic sourcing, and cost-effective procurement while ensuring security and quality standards across the supply chain.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Purchasing/Supply Chain in a manufacturing environment.
• CPSM certification a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supplier issues to meet program needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to align with strategy.
• Create RFQ packages and statements of work with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze supplier quotes and source lowest total cost options.
• Manage expedite costs and ensure proper pricing, terms, and quality.
• Place Purchase Orders for goods and services in a timely manner.
• Negotiate strategic sourcing agreements with suppliers.
• Interview suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
