Job summary

Anritsu is seeking a Purchasing Associate to manage small to mid-sized spend categories for the Americas. The role involves issuing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining compliance with ethics and internal policies.

You will support inventory and data maintenance and collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to optimize supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Familiar with ERP systems and supplier management.
• Ability to generate reports and analyze data.
• Strong focus on accuracy, ethics, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders for supplies and equipment and follow up with vendors.
• Maintain data with crate companies for cost savings.
• Resolve issues with receiving and payment to vendors.
• Coordinate deliveries from vendors to ensure on-time shipments.
• Ensure all dealings with suppliers are compliant with ethics.
• Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms and delivery times.
• Assist Engineering with part quotes and maintain inventory targets.
