Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management, including shipping/receiving, ordering, and logistics.
• Proficiency with inventory management practices, including auditing, forecasting, kitting, and issuing materials.
• Ability to perform accurate and timely data entry for orders, inventory, invoicing, and shipment records.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems to manage and analyze supply chain data.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with carriers, internal teams, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, and documentation requirements for all shipments to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders to negotiate rates and resolve shipping issues promptly.
• Implement and follow procedures to track and trace shipments, minimizing delays and disruptions.
• Maintain organized control of materials and products within the warehouse.
• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock levels and prevent overstocking.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and utilize inventory management software systems to streamline processes and improve visibility.
• Perform kitting and issue materials to job orders to support the assembly team.
• Continuously evaluate supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the supply chain and implement solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Use ERP systems to identify trends and patterns that inform decision-making and drive improvements.
• Perform accurate data entry related to orders, inventory, shipments, and invoicing.
• Support procurement and ordering activities to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Operate RF scanners and perform picking tasks to support order fulfillment.
• Provide responsive customer service and clear communication to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with established processes and quality standards.
