Qualifications

• 2+ years purchasing experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Experience in the medical device manufacturing or highly regulated industries preferred.
• Experience with QAD or similar ERP system and MRP.

Responsibilities

• Procure direct materials, plan and source purchases, negotiate terms.
• Monitor inventory to meet targets and address supply gaps with suppliers.
• Develop supplier partnerships, conduct site visits and performance meetings.
• Ensure on-time delivery, expedites as needed, and communicate risks.
• Review and adjust purchasing plans based on MRP signals and company guidelines.
• Generate purchase orders from the ERP system and manage related outputs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or quality issues.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain supplier data.
