Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and Washington license in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience advising business clients in non-litigation settings.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of entity formation, governance, and business structuring.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to business owners and closely held companies.
• Provide ongoing counsel through subscription and advisory relationships.
• Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts and agreements.
• Advise on entity formation, governance, and business structuring.
• Support transactions as part of broader client relationships.
• Coordinate with accountants, lenders, and other professionals.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals in the practice group.
• Deliver practical, real-world legal advice aligned with client goals.
