• Develop and maintain capability models and heat maps to guide decisions.
• Map relationships among capabilities, processes, data, and technology.
• Create current-state and target-state architecture views.
• Identify gaps and modernization opportunities for consolidation.
• Partner with architecture teams to align with standards.
• Translate strategy into architecture roadmaps and priorities.
• Lead architecture governance and decision-support activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders.
