Qualifications
- 6+ years in strategic business roles or Chief of Staff-type positions.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills.
- Able to translate ideas into executive-ready plans and artifacts.
- Experience creating dashboards and presentations.
- Comfort with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in technology or digital organizations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support leadership planning sessions and strategic planning.
- Maintain portfolio visibility and priorities.
- Fill operational gaps without duplicating PM duties.
- Translate priorities into actionable plans and communications.
- Develop executive presentations and dashboards.
- Collaborate with teams on launches and go-to-market plans.
- Leverage AI to accelerate research and artifact development.
- Create operating rhythms for reviews and updates.
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders.
