Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive experience in urban planning, housing development, economic development, public administration, or financial management.
• An Associate’s Degree may be substituted for two years of experience.
• A Bachelor’s Degree may be substituted for four years of experience.
• A Master’s Degree may be substituted for six years of experience.
