Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business needs to support system design, process improvements, and project delivery.
• Identify issues, propose practical solutions, and ensure they align with stakeholder goals.
• Assist in gap analysis and facilitate workshops to enhance business processes and solutions.
• Track defects, resolve issues, and provide progress updates using tools like JIRA. Plan and execute testing, utilizing SQL for data validation and system verification.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—including business, IT, and operations—to ensure smooth delivery and integration of business and technical solutions.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and provide ongoing support to help users adopt new systems.
• Prepare reports, business cases, and presentations to communicate project updates, test results, and recommendations.
• Support change management by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and acceptance of new solutions.
• Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting with proposal development.
• Support lead generation and sales tracking through (Customer Relationship Management) CRM tools, working with marketing and sales to align solutions with client needs.
• Collect and analyze client and market feedback to guide product improvements and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engg, Business admin or related with at least 60 months of experience.
• Salary ranges between $141,336.00 to $143,000.00/year
