Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Business Planning Analysts, providing coaching and performance monitoring.
• Oversee budget and forecast functions by designing models and reporting processes.
• Coordinate monthly financial reporting summaries and forecast trends.
• Direct complex data management activities and present solutions to leadership.
• Manage a team responsible for gathering and refining business requirements for O2C.
• Assign and support projects for direct reports while driving continuous improvement.
• Execute departmental processes and methodologies with documented policies.
• Analyze costs and metrics, identify risks, and oversee mitigation strategies.
