Ten (10) or more years related operations experience required.

Responsibilities

Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve business segment performance; reporting on performance metrics to executive leadership.
Leads annual budgeting process; provides reporting and guidance to the business segment executive leader in preparation for the budgeting process.
Leads implementation of transformation initiatives for the business segment.
Creates data-based business recommendations for executive leaders and collaborates with cross-functional partners on large projects.
Serves as point of contact for stakeholders and ensures effective cross-functional communications to support strategic objectives.
