The ideal candidate has 3 years of business and transactional law experience, is admitted to the Oklahoma State Bar, and holds a JD from an accredited law school. A competitive salary with full benefits is offered.

• 3 years of Business Law experience (Required)
• 3 years of Transactional Law experience (Required)
• Admitted to OK State Bar / Oklahoma Bar Association
• Ability to write clear and concise legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
• Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials.
• Be able to handle a case from start to finish.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in litigation matters.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team
