Job summary

The role requires 2–4 years of practice in Business or Tort Litigation, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage aspects of complex matters with supervision; some travel may be required. This is an exempt, full-time position in Lexington.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two to four years practicing law in Business or Tort Litigation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with the team and clients.
• Exceptional writing and legal drafting skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding legal research, analysis, and written/oral communication on complex matters.
• Maintain demand for services to meet minimum goals through high-quality work product.
• Assist with managing aspects of complex legal matters under supervision.
• Support client relationships and help generate new relationships through research and assigned tasks.
