Strategic Business Development Representative, NetSuite Go-to-Market

Location: US-Remote

Department: Sales & Business Development

Employment Type: Part-Time Contractor (up to 20 hours/week)

Role Summary

As a Strategic Business Development Representative for our NetSuite Go-to-Market team, you will be a crucial driver of our growth engine. This part-time role is designed for a results-oriented individual and features a compensation package with a heavier commission component than base salary, directly rewarding your success. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and qualifying high-value opportunities in strategic accounts. Acting as a key intelligence conduit, you will feed market, competitor, and customer insights back to the GTM, Product, and Marketing teams to help shape our overall strategy. You are a market-maker, a strategic thinker, and a master of initial engagement, playing a pivotal role in our expansion.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Your primary responsibility is to generate a high volume of qualified leads. A qualified lead is a prospect who has an explicit need that our process analytics can solve and meets a minimum of BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria.
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate high-value opportunities in strategic accounts.
  • Activate GTM strategy by translating sales plays into effective outreach and providing feedback to refine the approach.
  • Serve as a key intelligence source by reporting on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Diligently manage, track, and report on your lead pipeline using our CRM, analyzing performance to improve tactics and focusing on pipeline quality.
  • Support channel partners to generate aligned leads and optimize ecosystem performance.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in a customer-facing role (BizDev, Sales, RevOps) in B2B SaaS, with a history of exceeding targets. NetSuite/ERP ecosystem experience is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate raw data and field feedback into actionable business recommendations.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging executive-level contacts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern sales technology, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot), is required. Experience with data analysis or operational analysis is a plus.
  • Attitude: A tenacious, curious, and collaborative self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
