Strategic Business Development Representative, NetSuite Go-to-Market

Role SummaryAs a Strategic Business Development Representative for our NetSuite Go-to-Market team, you will be a crucial driver of our growth engine. This part-time role is designed for a results-oriented individual and features a compensation package with a heavier commission component than base salary, directly rewarding your success. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and qualifying high-value opportunities in strategic accounts. Acting as a key intelligence conduit, you will feed market, competitor, and customer insights back to the GTM, Product, and Marketing teams to help shape our overall strategy. You are a market-maker, a strategic thinker, and a master of initial engagement, playing a pivotal role in our expansion.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)This is a unique opportunity to be more than a BDR. You will be a key player in our GTM engine with direct access and visibility to strategic leadership. You will receive direct coaching and one-on-one mentorship from an experienced sales executive and work in close coordination with the company's founder, providing unparalleled insight and influence. In this role, you will not only build a high-quality pipeline but also directly influence our company's growth, market strategy, and have a clear path to grow into an Account Executive position.
