Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cultivates, builds, and manages relationships with a portfolio of small business clients to build a pipeline of new business

• Develops networks and referral sources to grow BMO's business
• Generates appointments and opportunities to grow business results
• Develops, maintains, and executes a business plan to achieve customer retention
• Identifies prospective customers and cross-sells products and services
• Delivers exceptional customer service and builds trust with clients
• Understands local market and builds relationships with centers of influence
• Resolves or escalates issues and provides guidance on solutions
• Monitors performance and ensures data governance and risk controls
