Zions Bank seeks an experienced Business Banker to drive relationship growth and manage a commercial business portfolio from the Twin Falls Eastland branch. You will act as a trusted financial advisor, combining credit analysis and loan structuring with proactive outside calling and business development to deliver credit, treasury, and deposit solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of commercial credit lending, business banking, or related credit analysis experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of financial accounting, cash flow analysis, tax return evaluation, and commercial loan structuring.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with confidence interviewing C-suite executives and business owners.
• Strong working knowledge of financial analysis software, spreadsheet modeling, and CRM/pipeline management tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactive outside calling to generate new lending and deposit opportunities.
• Drive growth, expansion, and retention of a portfolio of small-to-mid size business clients.
• Deepen client relationships by identifying comprehensive financial needs and cross-selling services.
• Meet or exceed production goals for loan volume, deposits, and portfolio profitability.
• Credit analysis and structuring: assess financial statements and tax returns to recommend credit structures.
• Guide credits through processing, documentation, and closing with risk controls.
• Monitor portfolio risk via covenant compliance, annual reviews, and renewals.
• Build advisory relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.
