Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in information systems, with emphasis on the requirements life cycle.
• Experience leading testing efforts and significant systems design, testing and implementation.
• Knowledge of community investment or grant management programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements management ensuring full traceability through UAT and go-live.
• Design and execute detailed test plans and test cases for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with project managers to assist with cost estimation and project scheduling.
