Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience with business modeling concepts and business application development.
• Demonstrated strong business analyst skills on 2-3 medium/large projects.
• CCBA or CBAP strongly preferred.
• Experience with SDLC phases using Waterfall, agile or hybrid.
• Knowledge of project management practices and process mapping.
• Ability to lead and coach other analysts.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills.
• Experience with service providers and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage own schedule and work with stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Assist in demand assessment, review business strategy and formulate business cases.
• Elicit requirements and model processes (as-is/to-be) and socialize with IT teams.
• Facilitate workshops to evolve scope and gather detailed requirements.
• Lead requirements elicitation and establish scope, needs, objectives and outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end traceability of requirements and templates.
• Influence solution design to meet business goals and assist with testing plans.
