Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to translate operational needs into clear system solutions and to partner with stakeholders and technology teams to improve workflows and support modernization efforts.

You will write user stories and acceptance criteria, model processes, and help define data requirements and API interactions. The ideal candidate has five or more years of experience in business or systems analysis and a proven ability to work effectively in Agile teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Experience working with software engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Experience modeling business processes and documenting system interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and define practical system solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements, system behaviors, data needs, and integration points.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate processes.
• Help define how systems interact, including APIs, integrations, and data movement between platforms.
