Responsibilities

• Collaborate with higher management and stakeholders to collect both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Engage in gathering and evaluating information from multiple sources.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or redundancies by mapping current business processes.
• Bridge the gap between Development and Business teams to ensure requirements align with needs.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Create training materials and user manuals, and hold training sessions for new procedures.
• Identify development areas and help the project team anticipate challenges.
• Proactively address potential problems to enable smooth changes and avoid scope creep.
